Found this little guy sitting in the alley behind and abandoned business near the house (note: DIRECTLY behind the house). hehe. The business owners apparently skipped town and will not be returning. When I tried to contact the owner about cleaning up the joint, I got a very shady email...
And so this became mine. As you can see it needs a great deal of work. The wifey and I are excited about taking this thing apart and sanding the hell out of it, then putting it back together...likely just painting it as was suggested by Miss ASD.
Great piece of solid oak furniture..solid as a rock (well, except for that one area where it's falling apart)
This will take a while...suggestions on what to put as the new top? The old particle board top es no bueno...
it somehow looks at home in the green grass. Maybe you should go all out and put it in the back corner with some flowers planted in it a la toilet gardening??
